Moringa tea is an incredibly powerlful leaf when it comes to reduction in blood sugar. We just wrote our last post, “Moringa Tea for Diabetics” which shows two small, yet promising studies regarding the effects of consuming Moringa and how it affects blood sugar levels.
While Moringa is filled with incredible anti-oxidants, there are two very powerful compounds that make Moringa incredible not only for diabetics, but pre-diabetics as well.
Quercetin: This powerful antioxidant may help lower blood pressure & blood sugar.

Chlorogenic acid: Also found in high amounts in coffee, chlorogenic acid may help moderate blood sugar levels after meals.
There have been test, animal test (which we do not endorse or support,) which shows the result of chrlorgenic acid on decrease of sugar levels aiding in support of helping with diabetes. (Source here)
